Up to 2 pets per home are welcomed in our community. However, there are breed restrictions. Contact us for more information on this.
New homes start at $135,000-$165,000 and application time is 3-5 days.
Residents are responsible for all utilities, which are billed based on individual usage.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 10am – 2pm. Saturday we are available by appointment only.

Our final phase of new homes are available for sale, $135,000- $175,000.
